Pre-Trip Information

We’re so glad you’ve decided to partner with Disciples’ Village on a mission trip. We’re looking forward to working with you to shine the light of Christ in Haiti, together!

Team leader information and member packets are provided below to help you and your team prepare for the trip. Please review all the provided information and make it available to your team members.

Team Member Packet – for everyone traveling to Disciples’ Village.

*Travel Release Form – Each team member must complete and sign. Please mail, or scan/email them to Disciples’ Village.

*Travel Information Sheet – To be completed and returned by team leader for each trip.

Travel Information Sheet Instructions:

  • Open Travel Information Sheet.
  • Go to “File”, then “Download As”.
  • Chose “Microsoft Excel”
  • Save to your computer.
  • Fill in information for participants.
  • Return via email to missiontrips@disciplesvillage.org.

Mission Trip Costs

 

Partnering Church Members – $500 per person

All Others – $700 per person

Includes lodging, travel in country, and two meals per day.

Cost does not include airfare, or travel/medical insurance.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The York House is a tax-exempt nonprofit organization. Under Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, all donations are non-refundable including “payments” for internships and mission trips. Your trip donation and/or any gifts made toward mission trips are non-refundable contributions that are pooled into our general ministry and operating funds.
