Cadenette Village School

Located 40 miles northeast of Port au Prince, Haiti, is the poverty stricken village of Cadenette. Carved into the side of a bare limestone mountain the residents of this village survive on less than $1 a day. Hunger and a lack of education are two of the strongholds that must be broken in order for the village people to thrive. Yet, even in their poverty and suffering the people of Cadenette have a strong faith in God and a hope for a better life. The school is home to around 50 students who come from tin and cardboard homes each day to learn and worship Jesus.
Your monthly donation would be a great blessing to them, providing an education and often the only meal they will eat each day.
You can help break the cycle of poverty by becoming a Village School sponsor today. Cost is a little more than a dollar per day – $40 per month – to sponsor Cadenette school, giving the children there a nutritious meal each day and a Christ-centered education.
